Noella Vincent

Biography

Passionate about communication and psychology, Noella gravitated towards marketing, after obtaining her ESSCA diploma. She worked for 15 years in this field, ranging from different sectors, from consulting to product marketing, notably at the Française des Jeux (French lottery operator), and then in the non-profit sector.

Noella’s professional turning point was her move to Germany in 2013 where she obtained a Bachelor’s in Psychology then a certification in Coaching. Noella opened her first practice in Germany, where she worked with Danone and Mars.

Established since 2018 in Miami, Noella coaches executives and entrepreneurs and conducts training sessions in the communication and management sectors. 

After accomplishing several projects for Emeredge, Noella joined the firm to, on the one hand, support Emeredge on the subjects of recruiting talents, culture, employer brand and skills development, and on the other hand, to offer Emeredge clients advice and support on their HR issues.
