Damien Clemente

Biography

After 8 years in Miami, Damien's accent still betrays his French Southwestern origins, where he graduated and also became a French Rugby Espoir (Rookie) Champion. 

However, it was in Paris that Damien launched his professional career by joining the firm Synthèse, Expertise et Conseil.

In search of new adventures, Damien contacted a firm in the United States, with the idea of experiencing New York. At the beginning of 2014, Damien wrapped up his French business in a month and flew to the United States. His final destination was, however, Miami, where he joined the Emeredge team. Damien is involved in the setup of the new Florida branch, an experience that allows him to acquire autonomy and technical know-how and to become a strong member of the team.

In 2018, Damien chose to follow Maxime in his ambition to take over the firm. He now holds a Senior position at Emeredge and in his spare time, is a fly-half for his rugby team.
